All four of Charles and Carrie Reinhold's children were living with them when the 1900 census was taken.  Frank Edward  was born June 22, 1880 in Bureau County, Illinois.  His occupation is listed as farm laborer and he could read, write and speak English.  Hilma A. was born November 19, 1882 in Bureau County, Illinois.  According to the 1900 census, she was listed as being in school and could read, write and speak English.  Carl Oscar was born March 22, 1885 in born in Bureau County, Illinois.  He, too, was in school at the time of the census and could read, write and speak English.  William Theodore, who went by Theodore, was born April 8, 1887.  He was in school and could read, write and Speak English at the time of the 1900 census.

Carrie Anderson-Reinhold was a member of the Lutheran Church.  She never learned to read or write English.  She was a housewife.
