Title | Carl Oscar and Nora Reinhold's House - before new siding |
Place | Medford, Wisconsin |
Date | c.1947 |
Description | Carl Oscar and Nora Reinhold moved to this home after
selling the Reinhold family farm to their son, Carl Oliver, and his wife,
Josephine. As part of the negotiations, Carl Oliver and Josephine
agreed to leave this house and the one acre of land that it stood on as
Oscar and Nora's property.
At the time this photo was taken, the house was run down and in need of repair. Carl Oscar fixed up the house before he and Nora moved in to it. The barn in the background of the photo went to Carl Oliver and Josephine. This home was 1/4 mile north of the Reinhold family farm. |
