Title | Reinhold Family House with Porches |
Place | Medford, Wisconsin |
Date | c. |
Description | This photo of the southern view of the Reinhold family
home was taken after the house was re-shingled and re-sided with new white
siding. This improvement was done in 1943. The photo also
shows both porches on the south side of the house. In 1963, the SW
porch was enclosed to create a utility room for a washer, dryer and sewing
machine. Also, a toilet and stall were added to augment the main
bathroom. This feature was known to the Reinhold family as "The
Library." The southeast porch was enclosed c.1972 to provide a home office for Josephine Reinhold's insurance sales business. |
